The fact that it&#8217;s dairy free is a big bonus in our home. Smoothies only take a few minutes to make so\u00a0they\u2019re\u00a0perfect for busy households, and kids love them.<\/p>\n<p>Smoothies make a perfect snack on a warm summer day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family does.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><strong>Ingredients:\u00a0<em>serves 1-2<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 4oz. package frozen pure mango puree<br \/>\n2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Slices canned peaches (reserve the juice)<br \/>\n1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Medium strawberry (fresh or frozen)<br \/>\n1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2&#8243; x 2&#8243; chunk pineapple (fresh or frozen)<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">Put all ingredients in a tall mixing cup. Or, put into blender pitcher. Add 1-2 Tbs. of reserved peach juice. Use a stick blender or regular blender to mix.
